How To Boil Pierogi


Boil 2 quarts of water.

Add frozen Pierogies and heat for 5-7 minutes. (Our fresh Pierogi are already boiled! So you can skip this step when you buy from us!)

Do NOT bring water back to a boil.

Drain.
 

How To Sauté Pierogi
Sauté frozen Pierogies in skillet with butter or oil and onion if desired.

Turn occasionally until golden brown on both sides, approximately 8 minutes

How To Fry Pierogi
Deep Fry frozen Pierogies in 350° oil for 4 minutes until Pierogies float and are crisp.

How To Bake Pierogi
Bake frozen Pierogies in a preheated 400° oven on a rimmed baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Spray both sides of the Pierogies. Bake 18-20 minutes or until Pierogies are puffed and nicely browned. For best results, turn Pierogies over halfway through bake time.

How To Microwave Pierogi
In a Microwave safe bowl, cover Pierogies completely with water and loosely cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on high approximately 5 minutes; drain.
